June - August: during the week open 10:00 - 18:00, Sunday closed

November - December: Saturday 10:00 - 17:00, Advent Sundays 10:00 - 17:00

Our specialty store is located in Chemnitzer Strasse 59B in Gruenhainichen, in the beautiful Erzgebirge region in Germany. Here, we offer the whole range of BLANK products and FRANZ KARL goods, as well as handcrafts by other manufacturers with the certificate "Echt Erzgebirge" (originally made in the Erzgebirge).

As a private customer you may also place orders in our shop via phone or mail. The delivery will then be carried out by the German postal service. You may pay via advanced payment or direct debit. Please chose a payment method when ordering. Please also note our general terms and conditions.
