Payment and Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries:
Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Canada, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, New Zealand.
Shipping to the USA – on request only
Due to currently strong fluctuations and difficult-to-predict shipping costs, we offer delivery to the USA on request only.
If you would like delivery to the USA, please send us an email with your requested item(s) before placing your order.
We calculate shipping costs individually based on the current daily situation. Costs depend in particular on:
- size and weight of the shipment
- packaging requirements (especially for fragile items)
- current freight rates and available air cargo capacity
We will then inform you of the actual shipping costs.
You can then decide freely whether you would like to proceed with the purchase under these conditions or not.
In this case, payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer in advance.
Important information on shipping and import charges (USA)
Shipping costs may differ significantly from usual guide prices.
For deliveries to the USA, additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These are imposed by the authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot determine their amount in advance.
If these charges are not paid upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. Any resulting costs (outbound and return shipping) are to be borne by the buyer.

Orders over €130.00 are shipped free of charge.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 3–5 days, and international deliveries within 5–30 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, from the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery period.
In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready for collection and provide the relevant collection details. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment
If you choose payment by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the debit date.
Please ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account.
