Saint Peter must not be missing on the airy cloud full of music-making angels with pleated skirts! The figure made of local woods looks benevolently and smiling over its group of angels - maybe because he likes the song of those angels so much. In addition to a shepherd's staff, he carries the “key to the kingdom of heaven” in his hands. The figure was lovingly handcrafted in our angel workshop in Grünhainichen and hand-painted with filigree details such as the golden buttons.
BLANK Kunsthandwerk is a traditional family business from Grünhainichen in the German Erzgebirge, which has been producing filigree angels with pleated skirts and high-quality Christmas decorations since 1955. In addition to pyramids, candle arches, nutcrackers and smoke figures, flower children and Easter bunnies are also elaborately handcrafted. For this purpose, the manufacturer's products have been approved by the Association of Erzgebirgischer Kunsthandwerker und Spielzeughersteller e. V. and awarded with the certificate "Echt Erzgebirge. Holzkunst mit Herz®".
