Angel with Pleated Skirt and Chimes

The angel with chimes is one of the highlights in the orchestra of Angels with Pleated Skirts®. With his finely turned little hammer he plays like a virtuoso on an instrument that is as extraordinary as it is worth seeing. A boldly designed wooden frame, which is decorated with the filigree logo of BLANK Kunsthandwerk, forms the frame for eight small brass tubes of different lengths. The special thing about it: these tubes swing freely and emit really delicate sounds when touched lightly. The angel is handmade from local wood in about 135 work steps and thoroughly painted. The natural wood grain on the skirt makes every figure absolutely unique.
